This year we will challenge our vertical capacity while climbing for a cause! Specifically, the team is going to run or hike the North Face Trail while raising money to help end women’s cancers.

The Alyeska Climbathon is a 10-hour multi-lap, all day event where climbers run/speed hike/walk up the approximately 2.2 mile North Face Trail (2,000 vertical feet) then descend on the Alyeska Resort Tram to complete a lap. The current vertical record of 26,325 feet and 28.6 miles of running in 13 laps are the equivalent of climbing Annapurna in a day!
